People have said Alan Browne was Mr. PNE, I disagree. For me Ched encapsulates the essence of Preston North End: someone who’s had to overcome immense, scrutiny, abuse, show courage, resilience and bravery, give their all for the club, fans, players, management, himself and is always honest and positive. He’s a class act.

I don’t know how I never realized that you don’t call it Timbits in England. I knew Tim Horton was Canadian but I just assumed everyone called grassroots timbits. What a day! Especially after witnessing the Wycombe, Bolton and West Ham defeats. Going 3-0 up before HT just seemed surreal, like a dream. Due to our play-off record, even at 4-0 I was still nervous!
